Q:

Where Do I Meet My Diver At Yankee Stadium?

A: Yankee Stadium
At the end of the 6h inning, all entrances to parking garages and roads that lead into the stadium are turned around, and made into one-way exits.  As such, it is extremely difficult to find aconvenient location to meet your driver.  While he is trying to get IN, 50,000 people are trying to get OUT!  So the best place to meet is at THE BIG BAT that still stands outside of where the old Yankee Stadium used to be.  In this way, the driver will do his best to find a convenient place to park, and he will meet you at The Big Bat, holding a bright orange sign with your name on it. Please make note that Yankee Stadium is one of the most difficult places to meet – accordingly, we highlyrecommend you book the car as a “wait & return”; the driver will drop you at the stadium, and wait for you at a pre-arraigned location closer than The Big Bat.

Q:

Where Do I Meet My Diver At Citi Field?

A: Citi Field As with the NY Yankees, after the 6th inning all entrances to parking garages and roads that lead into the stadium are turned around, and made into one-way exits.  However, Citi Field provides specific locations for chauffeurs and clients to meet.  You should meet your driver at either side of the Mets’ office building, located on 126th Street and Roosevelt Avenue, which is across Parking Lot G on the right side (first base side) of the stadium.  As with Yankee Stadium, we highly recommend you book the car as a “wait & return”; the driver will drop you at the stadium, and wait for you at a pre-arraigned location closer than 126th Street and Roosevelt Avenue.

Where Do I Meet My Diver At Arthur Ashe/Billie Jean King National Tennis Center (U.S. Open)?

A: Arthur Ashe/Billie Jean King National Tennis Center
There is a designated area for limousine and town car parking at the National Tennis Center.  Although it’s location changes every year, it is always somewhere near the rotary.  Simply ask an attendant, and they will direct you to the area.  You will meet your chauffeur in the designated area; he will have a Blue sign with your name on it in the window or windshield.  Or, you may call our office when you reach the designated parking area, and the driver will pull the car to the front.

Q:

Where Do I Meet My Diver At Madison Square Garden?

A: Madison Square GardenMany times, the NYPD closes off both West 33rd Street/Penn Plaza and West 34th Street after events at Madison Square Garden.  It is much easier to avoid the crowds, and walk one block north to West 34th Street, and meet your driver in front of K-Mart, located on West 34th Street between 7th and 8th Avenues. As always, simply look for the driver with a Blue Sign, which may be in the window if he is parked.
Q: Where Do I Meet My Diver At Lincoln Center (Rose Theatre, Avery Fisher Hall, Etc)?

A: Lincoln Center
Meeting your chauffeur at Lincoln Center is relatively easy compared to most other venues.  There is a driveway right in front of the complex that runs from West 65th Street to West 62nd Street.  Chauffeurs may sometimes park there, and will have a Blue sign in the window with your name on it.  If they cannot park on the driveway itself, they will meet you at the fountain right in the middle of the complex.  Again, look for the Blue sign with your name on it.

Q: Where Do I Meet My Diver At Carnegie Hall (Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage, Weill Recital Hall, Zankel Hall)?

A: Carnegie Hall
Because of the crowds massed in front of Carnegie Hall after performances, the easiest way of meeting your chauffeur is to simply exit the front entrance on 7th Avenue, turn left, and turn left again onto West 56th Street between 6th and 7th Avenues. Your driver will wait for you just around the corner from 7th Avenue, on West 56tht Street, with a Blue sign with your name on it.  Since there is normally ample parking on West 56th Street, you may either walk to the car with your driver, or he will gladly bring it to where you are.

Q: Where Do I Meet My Diver At Broadway and Off-Broadway Theatres?

A: Broadway & Off-Broadway Theaters
Each theatre presents it’s own set of problems when it comes to meeting up with you chauffeur.  Some theatres are on main thoroughfares and others on side streets; yet all are extremely crowded with people and vehicles (including buses) after performances.  At each theatre, your driver will try to park in front of the theater, or at least on the same block where the theatre is located.  He will have a Blue Sign in the window with your name on it.  If your driver cannot park on the same block of the theatre, he will park as close as possible, and wait for you outside the theatre, holding a Blue Sign.  If the car is close enough, you may feel free to walk to it; if it is parked farther away, the driver will meet you outside the theatre, get the vehicle, and pull around to where you are.  In this occurrence, please note that it may take some time to get back to you, as traffic around theatres is extremely heavy following performances, in addition to one-way streets and inevitable red lights.
Q: Where Do I Meet My Diver At Hotels?

A: Hotels
Normally, there is no problem meeting your driver in front of any hotel.  Simply look for the vehicle along the block with a Blue Sign in the window with your name on it.  Sometimes, according to circumstance, the driver may have to park further away; in this case, your driver will meet you either in the lobby or just outside the front door, again, holding a Blue Sign. with your name on it.  He will then retrieve the vehicle, and meet you at the front of the hotel.
Q: Where Do I Meet My Diver At Inside an Airport?

A: Inside an Airport
Your chauffeur will always meet you in the designated baggage claim area which is posted on the screen for your flight.  Simply look for the driver holding a Blue Sign. with your name on it.  Please note that baggage claim changes occur frequently, sometimes changing to a different terminal altogether.  We not only follow your flight arrival status, but your baggage claim area as well; yet some of these changes simply do not appear on the screen or on the airline website.  As such, if you cannot find your driver, DO NOT LEAVE.  Simply call our toll free number, and we will connect you with your driver as quickly as possible.  The dispatcher will not get off the phone with you until you and your driver have met.
Q: Where Do I Meet My Diver At Outside an Airport (Express Pickup)?

A: Outside an Airport
When a passenger(s) doesn’t have much baggage, we would be happy to meet you outside the terminal.  Your chauffeur will always meet you UPSTAIRS at theDEPARTURE LEVEL.  When you arrive, simply call our toll free number, and the driver will pull around to the departure level.  Simply look for the vehicle with a Blue Sign with your name on it in the window.  Please note it may take some time for the driver to navigate to departure level.  It is then the responsibility of the passenger to wave down the driver, as they are not allowed to park.  If you cannot find your driver, DO NOT LEAVE.  Security is very tight at airports, and he may have to go around a second time if you do not see him.  The dispatcher will not get off the phone with you until you and your driver have met.
